Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a full refund, appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Please notify contact@theinnerhorizon.org to reschedule or cancel an appointment. No refunds on services performed.

No-Show Policy: An appointment is considered a no-show after 15 minutes beyond the appointment time. There are no refunds provided.

Live Events Policy: All sales are final. There will be no refunds. Applies to virtual and in-person.
